PetCon 2025 Terms And Conditions

This Terms and Conditions document (“Agreement”) governs the participation of Exhibitors (“Exhibitor”) in PetCon 2025 (“Event”), organized by Puppy Atlas Pvt. Ltd. (“Organizer”), having its registered office at Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201301. By submitting the Exhibitor Booking Form and making the required payments, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by the following terms and conditions:

  1. Formation of Agreement

1.1 The Agreement shall come into effect upon submission of a duly filled and signed Exhibitor Booking Form and receipt of the stipulated advance payment as per Clause 2.1.


1.2 This Agreement and the Exhibitor Booking Form together constitute the entire contract between the Exhibitor and the Organizer.

  1. Payment Terms

2.1 Advance Payment: 50% of the total stall fee is required at the time of booking. The remaining 50% must be paid no later than 30 days prior to the Event date.


2.2 Late Bookings: For bookings made within 30 days of the Event, 100% of the stall fee is payable upfront.

2.3 Late Payment Charges: If payments are delayed, a surcharge of 20% on the outstanding balance shall apply.

2.4 Non-Refundable Policy: Payments made for stall bookings are non-refundable under all circumstances, including cancellations by the Exhibitor.

2.5 In case of failure to pay the balance amount within the stipulated time, the advance amount shall be forfeited, and the Organizer reserves the right to reallocate the stall.

  1. No Refund Policy

3.1 In the event of Event cancellation or rescheduling due to government restrictions, natural calamities, or Force Majeure events (as defined in Clause 12), the Organizer shall not be liable to refund any payments received. However, at the sole discretion of the Organizer, amounts paid may be carried forward for future events.

  1. Stall Allocation and Usage

4.1 The Organizer retains the exclusive right to modify the floor plan or reallocate stalls at its sole discretion. If changes occur, the Exhibitor shall be informed and, where feasible, provided with an alternative location.

4.2 Subletting, sharing, or assigning the stall space is strictly prohibited without the Organizer’s prior written approval. Co-exhibitors, if approved, shall incur an additional fee of 30% of the total stall fee.

4.3 Exhibitors must ensure that all exhibits comply with the applicable laws, including but not limited to the Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940, the Explosives Act, 1884, and all relevant environmental laws. The display of prohibited items such as knives, flammable substances, drugs, or other illegal items is strictly forbidden.

  1. Setup, Display, and Dismantling

5.1 Exhibitors shall complete stall setup by 10 PM on the day prior to the Event. Dismantling or removal of exhibits before the official closure of the Event is prohibited without the Organizer’s prior approval.

5.2 All exhibits and displays must be restricted to the allocated stall space. Any additional lighting, props, or furniture will be chargeable as per the rates determined by the Organizer.

5.3 Exhibitors must maintain their stalls in a clean and waste-free condition throughout the Event.

  1. Prohibited Activities and Noise Control

6.1 High-pitch sound or any noise levels beyond the permissible decibel limits set by the Organizer are prohibited to ensure the comfort and safety of pets present at the Event. Non-compliance will result in immediate action, including the possibility of eviction without refund.

6.2 The Exhibitor shall not engage in any activities that cause harm, nuisance, or disruption to adjoining Exhibitors or attendees.

  1. Loss and Liability

7.1 The Organizer shall not be responsible for any loss, theft, or damage to the Exhibitor’s goods, stock, or property during, before, or after the Event. The Exhibitor participates in the Event at their own risk.

7.2 The Exhibitor shall indemnify the Organizer against all claims, liabilities, or damages arising from their participation in the Event, including but not limited to injury to persons or property.

  1. Exhibitor Passes

8.1 Two Exhibitor passes shall be provided per stall of 2.5×3 sqm. Stalls measuring 5×5 sqm shall be entitled to four passes. Additional passes can be purchased at INR 200 per pass, valid for the entire Event.

8.2 Exhibitors must wear their badges at all times. Failure to do so will result in a penalty requiring the purchase of new tickets.

8.3 Parking will be chargeable for all Exhibitors and visitors as per the rates decided by the Organizer.

  1. Electrical and Structural Regulations

9.1 Requests for customized electrical fittings must be made at least 15 days prior to the Event. Electricity consumption will be chargeable based on usage, monitored via installed meters.

9.2 Balance payment for electricity charges will be settled at the end of the Event.

  1. Force Majeure

10.1 A Force Majeure event shall include but not be limited to acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, war, terrorism, government actions, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond the reasonable control of the Organizer.

10.2 In such cases, the Organizer shall not be liable for any delay, disruption, or cancellation of the Event. The Exhibitor’s payment shall not be refunded.

  1. Dispute Resolution and Jurisdiction

11.1 Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The arbitration shall be conducted in English at Mumbai by a sole arbitrator appointed by the Organizer. The decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.

11.2 The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all matters arising out of or in relation to this Agreement.

  1. Legal Compliance

12.1 The Exhibitor is responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws, including but not limited to:

  • The Indian Penal Code, 1860 (for criminal acts within the Event premises).
  • The Drugs and Cosmetics Act, 1940 (for prohibited items).
  • The Explosives Act, 1884 (for flammable items).
  • The Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules, 2000 (for sound levels).
  • The Consumer Protection Act, 2019 (for product safety).
  • The Environment Protection Act, 1986 (for environmental compliance).

12.2 Violation of any legal provisions or Event rules shall result in immediate termination of participation without refund, and the Exhibitor may face legal consequences as applicable under Indian law.

  1. General Provisions

13.1 The Organizer reserves the right to make amendments to this Agreement at any time prior to the Event. The Exhibitor shall be notified of any such amendments.


13.2 The Exhibitor acknowledges that participation in the Event constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.


13.3 All communications between the Exhibitor and the Organizer shall be in writing and addressed to the registered office of the Organizer.

By signing the Booking Form and remitting payment, the Exhibitor agrees to abide by all the terms, conditions, and legal obligations outlined in this Agreement. Failure to comply may result in penalties, termination of participation, or legal action.
